Komplexes rot, mit einer fruchtig intensiven Nase nach dunklen Beeren und einen Hauch Vanille. Im Mund sehr dicht, intensive Fruchtaromen treffen auf süsse Gewürze und Bitterschokolade. Die kernigen Tannine bilden ein festes Konstrukt und leiten in einen langen und intensiven Abgang. Passt zu: kräftigen und intensiven Fleischgerichten, wie Schmorbraten oder Rouladen mit Kartoffelrösti und glasierten Karotten.
