The little monastery soon began to receive pilgrims and visitors who contributed to the spread of stories of miracles and wonders performed by the Virgin. Today, Montserrat has been modernized to continue attending to the needs to pilgrims, one thousand years after it was originally founded. You will be given some free time to visit the audio visual exhibition about the history and creation of Montserrat. And taste typical liquors of Montserrat. The Escolania of Montserrat is one of the oldest boys choirs in Europe (XIV Century). On some days the children's choir sings in the monastery and so you may be fortunate enough to catch one of their delightful performances. Sie gesellen sich zu anderen Stars in der Party Area.   Tower Bridge Ausstellung Vor über 100 Jahren bauten die Viktorianer eine Brücke die zu einer der berühmtesten Attraktionen Londons wurde. Obere Fußgängerwege wurden gebaut damit Menschen die Themse überqueren können während die Brücke hochgezogen wird und große Schiffe an der Tower Bridge vorbeifahren können. Heute dienen diese Fußwege als Aussichtsgalerie, die den Besuchern die spektakulärsten Blicke auf eine sich stets wandelnde Londoner Skyline schenkt. Fußgängerwege & Ausstellung: Besucher betreten die Tower Bridge Ausstellung über den North Tower. Sie werden dann mit dem Aufzug auf die Spitze des Towers gebracht (47 Meter über der Themse) wo sie die einzigartige Gelegenheit haben, das Stahlgerüst der Brücke von innen zu sehen. Ein kleiner Film erklärt die Geschichte und Herkunft der Brücke und es besteht die Möglichkeit, von beiden überdachten Fußwegen aus die spektakulären Ausblicke zu bewundern. Auf dem östlichen Übergang gibt es eine fantastische Sicht auf die Docklands und vom westlichen Übergang können Sie das neue GLA Gebäude sehen, den Tower of London, St Paul’s, die Stadt, das Becken von London und Big Ben und das London Eye in der Entfernung. Interaktive Computerstände und grafische Tafeln erklären den Besuchern die Bedeutung der Aussichten und geben mehr Informationen zur Geschichte und zum Bau der Brücke.
