Am Gaumen ist er ebenso fruchtig wie in der Nase. Auch hier dominieren intensive Aromen roter Früchte wie wilde Erdbeere, Johannisbeere und ein zusätzlicher Hauch Kirsche. Begleitet werden diese Fruchtaromen von einem Touch Muskat. Passt zu: geschmorten oder gegrilltem Fleisch.
