Er gefällt mit seiner rassig-frischen Art, dem fruchtig-pikant-würzigen Duft und einem erfrischenden und schwungvollen Eindruck am Gaumen. Ein feiner Fruchtschmelz rundet den Auftritt angenehm ab.

Helles Goldgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Sehr animierendes Bouquet mit vielen frischen Zitrusaromen, feinem Honig und Vanille. Am Gaumen ist der Wein voller Leben, spontan, auffällig und wirklich charmant. Die Frucht ist klar mit einer schönen Frische, die durch mineralische Töne unterstrichen wird. Der Wein zeigt sehr gute Viskosität, viel Extrakt und eine schöne Länge. Passt zu: gebratenen oder gegrillten Fisch, Meeresfrüchten aber auch zum Gerichten mit gebratenen hellen Fleisch, wie z.B. gebratenes Kalbskotelett mit geschmortem Gemüse und Morchelrisotto.
