Seit vielen Jahren ist er als Referent und Autor in den Bereichen Gesundheitsförderung und Funktionsgymnastik tätig. Maren Schwichtenberg Hannover hat an der Universität Bayreuth Sportökonomie studiert und mehrere Jahre in einem Rehabilitationszentrum für Orthopädie und Traumatologie als Sporttherapeutin gearbeitet. In der Region Hannover hat sie ihre eigene Yoga- und Fitnessschule. Sie ist als freie Referentin auf Landes- und Bundesebene tätig. Vor allem für den Landessportbund Niedersachsen führt sie Referentenschulungen und andere Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen durch. Ihre einschlägigen Erfahrungen finden sich in zahlreichen Konzeptionen verschiedener Bildungsituationen und Fachpublikationen wieder.
