The hard work that goes into making these spectacles is what makes Mardi Gras in New Orleans the greatest show on Earth! Our knowledgeable guides take the mask off Mardi Gras with an all-access Mardi Gras tour, winding through the massive studio where these magnificent floats are built from the ground up. You’ll learn about the history of this unique and festive tradition and go beyond its reputation to get a deeper understanding of the real Mardi Gras. The whole family will love the experience of touring the space where our artisans create spectacular floats for over 40 parades each year. There are plenty of opportunities for photos in front of floats, with props, or wearing a traditional Mardi Gras costume on this New Orleans tour. This is an experience you will want to document, so don’t forget to bring your camera! A FREE shuttle is provided with ticket purchase, and has pick-ups at 20 convenient downtown locations. If you do not wish to use our complimentary shuttle, the closest parking is available in Lot J across from the Mardi Gras World entrance. Make your own way to the castle in the village of Aldea Blanca, just before San Miguel. Once at the castle you will be given a coloured bib to show where you will be seated and which knight you will be supporting during the show. Your meal will be served in your area but don't expect cutlery after all you are in Mediaeval times! So you can slurp your soup and eat your food with your fingers, but it fits in with your environment and you get quite used to it. You cheer on your knight as they joust and take part in battles. The well trained horses are the stars of the show and while this is going on the red and white wine and water flow freely. The show, food and drinks are all included in your ticket price and with children half price it is good value. Let yourself go and be part of a fun filled evening. A fantastic  KNIGHT to remember! When the show is finished you are moved into another room where you can dance to the sound of a band. There is a bar in this room where you can buy drinks if you are still thirsty after all that wine. The castle closes around midnight after a great night's entertainment. After your own dancing you are treated to a Flamenco Show which finishes the night off perfectly, then make your way home after a great knight out!

Diamond Menu: Starter (for two persons): Tupelo Chicken tenders (hand-breaded, lightly fried tenderloins of chicken, served with honey mustard and hickory barbecue sauces and fries).  Choice of main course: Mushroom & Swiss burger (with Smothered with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese) or Blackend chicken pasta (grilled breast Cajun chicken over spinach and fresh tomato with penne pasta covered with Alfredo sauce serve with garlic bread) or Legendary Burguer.  Signature Hard Rock ice-cream and choice of soft drink, water, beer or wine. Platinum Menu:  Choice of starter (for two persons): Potato Skin (Crispy potato skins filled with our homemade cheese sauce, smoked bacon and green onions, served with a side of sour cream) or Hard Rock Nachos (Tortilla chips piled high and layered with bean mix, with cheeses, pico de gallo, jalapeños garnished with sour cream).  Choice of main course: Hickory smoked ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender baby back ribs, rubbed with our signature seasonings and basted with hickory barbecue sauce with fries, beans and coleslaw) or Grilled Salmon (grilled tender and drizzled with sweet and spicy barbecue sauce with maître de butter, served with golden mashed potatoes and seasonal veggie), or Legendary Burger (burger with bacon, cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato).  Signature Hard Rock ice-cream and choice of soft drink, water, beer or wine.

The cruise begins at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, follows the ‘rive gauche’ (left bank) past: Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides, Musees d’Orsay, Institut de France, Notre Dame de Paris, La Grand Bibliotheque, up to the Finance Ministry in Bercy, Hotel de Ville, Musee du Louvre, Concorde, Grand Palais, Trocadero, Tour Eiffel. The boat is fully glazed and offers a perfect view of Paris and of the banks of the Seine. Morning Dune Buggy Adventure  Daily Trips (MINIMUM 02 x ADULTS REQUIRED) The tour starts with the pick-up from assigned meeting point in the city. The drive will head to the outskirts, passing by the villages and Sand Dunes to reach the off-road base in the Desert. Marshals will brief you on the Do’s and Don’ts before embarking on an adventurous self-drive Experience of your lifetime. One of the lead Marshals will guide the Dune Buggy convoy through pristine sand dunes for a roller-coaster ride with Photo Stops for approximately 90 minutes.(1 hour and 30 minutes).
