The Phoenix FS2414E Lateral Fire File with 4 drawers has been engineered to withstand temperatures in excess of 945C for 1 hour and protect its contents not only from the heat generated but also the water that is used by the Fire Brigade to put the fire out. The FS2414E featureS automatic locking with a single security lock acting on all drawers. Each drawer on the FS2414E can be isolated to provide a combination of locked and unlocked drawers at any one time.The Phoenix fire file FS2414E is also available as a combination 'Mixed Media File'. Data media such as computer disks and tapes require added protection from heat and moisture, extending the fire files capability to cater for this requirement is the media chest. This unique data protection unit, fitting snugly into the bottom drawer, provides for ease of use and ensures maximum protection for your valuable data. Fire Protection (Paper) - Tested to the Swedish NT Fire 017 - 60 Paper standard, providing 1 hour fire protection for paper documents. Fire Protection (Data) - 1 Hour fire protection for Computer tapes and digital media when stored in optional FSDPI09. Water Resistance - Water resistant seals prevent water damage to contents when cabinet is subjected to sprinklers systems or fire hoses.* Locking- Fitted with High Security user friendly digital electronic lock, programmable with users own code up to 16 digits.
